\uc0b0\uc5c5\ud3d0\uc218 &#8220;\uc5fc&#8221; \ub3c5\uc131 \uad00\ub9ac \ubc0f \uacf5\uacf5\ucc98\ub9ac\uc2dc\uc124 &#8220;\uc5fc&#8221; \uace0\uc2dc \uc801\uc6a9\ubc29\uc548 \uc5f0\uad6c<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you're looking for a more detailed ecotoxicology management guide, check out the 2016 edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/policy.nl.go.kr\/cmmn\/FileDown.do?atchFileId=217811&amp;fileSn=59382\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/policy.nl.go.kr\/cmmn\/FileDown.do?atchFileId=217811&amp;fileSn=59382\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ecotoxicology Management Guidebook 2016.11<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Ecotoxicity Management System has the following structure and work process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ar-korea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-11.png.webp\" alt=\"Ecotoxicology Management System\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uace0\ub18d\ub3c4-\uc5fc\ud3d0\uc218\ub77c-\ubd88\ub9ac\ub294-\uc774\ucc28\uc804\uc9c0-\ud3d0\uc218-\uc5fc-\u9e7d-\uc774\ub780\">Secondary cell wastewater, also known as highly concentrated salt wastewater, is a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Chinese, salinity refers to wastewater that contains salts, or substances with a salt content, and the two most problematic are sodium chloride and sulfate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As defined by the National Academy of Environmental Sciences <strong>Legal definitions<\/strong>is as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cLegal definition of \u201dsalt\"<\/strong>When these substances are discharged into public waters in large quantities, they cause ionic imbalance problems in freshwater organisms, and the effects of salinity or ionic tension are difficult to determine, causing many problems in regulation and implementation evaluation by ecotoxicological assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uc27d\uac8c \ud480\uc5b4 \uc4f0\uc790\uba74, \uc5fc\ubd84\ub3c5\uc131\uc744 \uac00\uc9c4 \ud654\ud569\ubb3c\uc9c8\ub85c \uaddc\uc815\ub418\ub294 \uc5fc\ud654\ub098\ud2b8\ub968, \ud669\uc0b0\uc5fc\uc774 \ub2f4\uc218\uc5d0 \uc720\uc785\ub418\uc5c8\uc744 \ub54c \uc0dd\ud0dc\ub3c5\uc131\uc744 \uc9c0\ub2cc\ub2e4\ud558\uc5ec &#8216;\uc0dd\ud0dc\ub3c5\uc131\uc744 \uc9c0\ub2c8\ub294 \uc5fc\ud3d0\uc218&#8217;\ub77c \uc815\uc758\ud569\ub2c8\ub2e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This salt wastewater creates an ionic imbalance that is harmful to freshwater and aquatic life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, ecotoxicity is expressed in units of TU and has a base of 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uadf8\ub807\ub2e4\uba74 \ud658\uacbd\ubd80\ub294 \uc774 &#8216;\uc5fc&#8217;\uc5d0 \ub300\ud574 \uc5b4\ub5a4 \uae30\uc900\uc744 \ub450\uace0 \uc5b4\ub5bb\uac8c \uc5fc\uc744 \uc870\uc0ac\ud558\uba70 \uaddc\uc81c\ub97c \ub450\uace0 \uc788\uc744\uae4c\uc694?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uc5fc\ud3d0\uc218\uc758-\uc8fc\uc694\ubc1c\uc0dd\uacfc\uc815\uacfc-\ub300\ucc98-2012\">Major Generation Processes of Salt Wastewater and Its Control (2012)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2012, the National Academy of Sciences published a study on chlorine toxins using water fleas to help preserve healthy aquatic ecosystems.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uc5f0\uad6c\ubaa9\uc801\">Research objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe selected representative facilities where \u201dsalt\u201d could be a problem and conducted field surveys and ecotoxicity assessments to propose management plans for \"salt\" in Korea, and implemented them to propose system improvements based on the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uae30\uc874\uc81c\ub3c4-2011-\uc758-\ubb38\uc81c\uc640-\uc81c\uc548\ubc30\uacbd\">Problems with the existing system (2011) and background on the proposal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cEcotoxicity Integrated Management System\u201d was implemented on January 1, 2011 to protect healthy water ecosystems. The operation of this system was investigated to have many problems in operation management, as \"salt\" was the main substance that caused the exceedance of the ecotoxicity discharge permit standard in about 401 TP3 tons of individual wastewater discharge facilities and 251 TP3 tons of public treatment facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, the above study was conducted in 2012 to provide a backdrop for the proposed reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uc5f0\uad6c\ub300\uc0c1\"><strong>Research subjects<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalt\u201d toxicity facilities and management measures were divided into individual wastewater treatment facilities and public treatment facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experiments in the above research report are summarized as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uc8fc\uc694\ubc1c\uc0dd\uacfc\uc815\">What Happens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, create the shape of the mixture in its natural state<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second, it is generated by the raw materials used by individual wastewater dischargers to produce their products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third, it is produced by chemicals used in wastewater treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\ucc98\ub9ac\uacf5\ubc95\">Processing Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaporative Concentration, Ion Exchange, Membrane Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gas Hydrate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The above methods are criticized for their high cost and low efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uc120\uc9c4\uad6d\uc758-\ub300\ucc98\uc640-\ud55c\uad6d\uc758-\ub300\ucc98\">What developed countries are doing and what South Korea is doing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set discharge permit standards for chlorine ions in industrial wastewater discharges, primarily addressing \u201csalt\u201d concerns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If discharged to the ocean, reserve ecotoxicity discharge permit or evaluate as a marine test species<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\ub300\ud55c\ubbfc\uad6d\uc758-\uc5fc\ud3d0\uc218-\uc870\uc0ac-\ubb3c\ubcbc\ub8e9\uc5d0-\ub300\ud55c-\uad50\uc721\uacfc-\ub300\ucc98\">United Kingdom<strong> Wastewater investigations, education and response to water fleas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No discharge permit for chlorine ions has been established and the test species used is a freshwater test species flea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ub300\ud55c\ubbfc\uad6d\uc740 2010\ub144\ubd80\ud130\uc2dc\ud5d8\uc0dd\ubb3c\uc885\uc778 \ubb3c\ubcbc\ub8e9\uc758 \uc0c1\uc2dc\uc801\uc778 \ubb34\ub8cc \ubd84\uc591\uacfc \ubc95\uc815\ubd84\uc11d\uae30\uad00 \ub2f4\ub2f9\uc790 \uae30\uc220\uad50\uc721\uc744 \ub9e4\ub144 \uc2e4\uc2dc\ud574\uc624\uace0 \uc788\uc2b5\ub2c8\ub2e4. \ubb3c\ubcbc\ub8e9\uc740 \ub2f4\uc218\uc0dd\ubb3c\ub85c \uc5fc\uc5d0 \ub300\ud55c \uce21\uc815\uc744 \uc2e4\uc2dc\ud558\ub294 \uc0dd\ubb3c\uad70\uc73c\ub85c \uace0\ub3c4\uc758 &#8216;\uc815\ub3c4\uad00\ub9ac&#8217;\uac00 \ud544\uc694\ud574 \ub9e4\uc6b0 \uc911\uc694\ud558\uac8c \uc5ec\uaca8\uc9c0\uace0 \uc788\uc2b5\ub2c8\ub2e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical training of forensic laboratories contributes to the improvement of legal practitioners' understanding of the Integrated Ecotoxicity Management System and their proficiency in testing. To protect public waters, it also has aquatic life protection standards of 550 mg\/L acute and 425 mg\/L chronic, and vertebrate and invertebrate protection standards of 550 mg\/L acute and 382 mg\/L chronic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also set pre-treatment standards for wastewater discharge facilities that indirectly discharge to public treatment facilities to ensure that the treatment efficiency of public treatment facilities can be maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the specific laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Section 301 of the federal Clean Water Act sets discharge permit standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water quality standards are established under Section 303(c)(1) and (c)(2) of the Clean Water Act to protect aquatic ecosystems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pretreatment standards for wastewater dischargers that indirectly discharge to public treatment facilities are set by the National Pretreatment Program Manual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these laws and regulations, the United States is committed to protecting water resources and improving water quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ar-korea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-7-1024x644.png\" alt=\"U.S. saltwater wastewater laws\" class=\"wp-image-6120\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\uad6d\ub0b4-\uc5fc\ud3d0\uc218\ub0b4-\ub3c5\uc131\ubb3c\uc9c8-\uc870\uc0ac\uc790\ub8cc-2012\">Survey data on toxic substances in domestic salt wastewater (2012)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The data is from a study conducted in 2012.
