Due to the high centrifugal power, the machines are able to receive a large volume of slurry per unit of time. Our lineups having a wide range of capacity must cover any factories and treatment plants in size of production.
Compared to the conventional sludge thickening, such as gravity thickening, the volumes of the wastes could be reduced by almost 90%. This performance correspondingly saves the sludge disposal cost at the factories/teratment plants.
Furthermore, the labor cost for the sludge treatment at the factories/plant can also be correspondingly reduced. This is because the machines can receive a high volume of the slurry per unit of time.
In general, the expense for sludge treatment, including sludge disposal, can be reduced to as low as 10% of that outsourced in a slurry form. This means that the investment cost of the sludge dewatering machine may be recovered within 1-2 years.

Recommended ARK's Additional Equipment for Decanter Centrifuge
In the sludge dewatering process with a decanter centrifuge, a pre-mixing process for the polymer flocculant and the slurry (or wastewater) is basically unnecessary. You can feed the solution of polymer flocculant to the decanter centrifuge with a pump.
The polymer solution may be prepared with a flocculant-dissolving system additionally purchased from ARK.
